Telemundo viewers will wake up to "Levántate" ("Wake Up") starting on Monday (Aug. 25), the network announced today.The 2-hour show will air live from the program's new broadcast home in Puerto Rico and will be hosted by Alan Tacher (Quinceañera), Rashel Diaz (Decisiones de Mujeres) and Erika Garza (Descontrol). Comedian and impressionist Raymond Arrieta will make featured appearances.Appearing on the show as hosts via satellite are: Idaly Ferrá, Mexico; José Ronstadt and Azalea Iñiguez, KVEA 52, Los Angeles; Pedro Luis García, WNJU 47, New York; and Paola Reyes with Abel Hernández, WSCV 51, Miami.The program will feature a mix of talk, viewer interactivity via the network's Web portal YahooTelemundo.com, as well as news and entertainment. Stories and packages from Telemundo news bureaus in Mexico and via local stations in Los Angeles, New York and Miami, will be incorporated into the daily lineup. The show will air weekdays starting at 7 a.m. Eastern.The Web page YahooTelemundo.com/Levantate has been created to give TV viewers access to show content, host info, behind-the-scenes videos and photo galleries. Plans are underway to make the site accessible to viewers who want to send in their photos, messages and videos."Levántate" will be produced by Tony Mojena, producer of the "Billboard Latin Music Awards," the live awards show broadcast annually via Telemundo.
